North Shore Meditation and Dharma Center - a new blog which features study and talking notes, as well as practical exercises from classes, workshops and retreats at the North Shore Meditation and Dharma Center in Chicago. The teachings are practical and approrpiate for novice and longtime practitioners, with future postings appearing once or twice a month.

FreeSangha Forum - Discussion forum and chat room uniting Buddhists of all traditions, aimed at increasing understanding and friendship across traditional, cultural and national borders. There are subforums for beginners as well as more experienced Buddhists, also staff and members who are always happy to help with any questions or problems.

  • A Buddhist Library - one of the largest online resources for Buddhist studies, with over 400 books and 6,000 articles, representing each of the main tradtions.

  • Life Energy Healing School - harmonizes eastern and western medicine, uses traditional Mongolian Buddhist medicine as the holistic model and focuses on energy healing.
  • New Mandala - website hosted by the Australian National University's Research School of Pacific and Asian Studies, regularly updated with analysis of current issues in mainland Southeast Asia. Drawing on the strengths of two Southeast Asia specialists, as well as a growing pool of commentators and contributors, New Mandala aims to stimulate broader academic discussion of Southeast Asia's many social, political, environmental, and economic issues.
  • NORMADICARE - related to the Life Energy Healing School and its work in Mongolia, the site provides information on the educational tour of "Gobi Women's Song", a documentary film, and the production of a new film, "In the Shadow of Shamans".
